One compartment holds an Onan Micro quiet generator. Another contains the water waste station, and the last is the propane dock. The wheels are Michelin 225/70R 195 with great tread! The entry to the coach is a side entry with two tier entry step and porch light to help guide you in the night. Moving inside to the divers cock pit you will find very roomy adjustable fabric covered passenger and driver seats. Both the passenger and driver have large side windows with matching privacy curtains. At the finger tips of the driver you will find: Aux Battery start Leveling jacks Adjustable mirrors Heated mirrors Stereo remote mounted on steering wheel In dash Ac Flip down passenger and driver visors 5” back up cam Above the cockpit there is a wood paneling surround wrapping the 22” RCA TV. Immediately behind the driver seat is the beginning of the one and only slide. Occupying that slide is the country style dinette with large under bench storage. There is two forward facing seat belts in the dinette. The table top of the dinette area has two built-in cup holders, gorgeous overhead sconce lighting, outlet, and AC hook up to plug in the kids laptop. Directly behind the passenger seat is a large swivel recliner with private window, book rack, and reading light (a very cozy area of the coach). The colors throughout the Sightseer are a warm comforting tan and brown scheme. The linoleum of the kitchen begins at the passenger side entry door. The color is neutral tan sandstone with oak wood and brass accents of the kitchen. The kitchen has a double sink, tan countertops, 5 storage drawers and cabinets. The stove has three burners; there is an oven, and microwave. Plus there is a bonus countertop collapsible extension to give you more counter space! There is a two door fridge directly across from oven and LARGE pantry spaces! Moving back in the coach you will encounter a stall style shower on the passenger side of coach. The shower is accented with a brass trim and has a frosted privacy glass. Directly across from the shower is the bath room with private door. There is a toilet, vanity, storage, and built in sink. Moving to the master suite; you will find it spacious with a forward facing bed and walk around layout. The bed is dressed in a gorgeous green color bed set with LOTS of storage within the room. There is a large mirrored closet with three bottom drawers. There are two large overhead linen cabinets and a night stand on one side of the bed. The room has opposite large windows, and his and her private reading sconces! This is the ideal unit for a first time RV enthusiast, a family of 4, or the perfect weekend get away!
