This coach is a model 31w C class ford E450 super duty chassis powered by 6.8 liter triton V10
powerhouse 4 speed automatic with overdrive and only 10,125 miles! This model has 8 basement
compartments, and 5 of which are storage. One compartment houses an Onan Micro quiet 4,000
generator with low hours. Another holds a 11 gallon propane tank, and the third is a water waste station
with a fresh fill water capacity of 41 gallons. The tires are 16” aluminum Alcoa BRAND NEW tires measuring
225/75 R16.
The exterior of the coach is adorned with a 20’ awning and has one 11’ slide with topper. There is also a
great exterior entertainment center!
Moving Inside
The cock pit area has both driver and passenger doors. The seats are dressed with a cool two tone
leather/fabric design and are both recliners. Optional adjustments at the fingertips of the driver to include:

There is a large center console dividing the two cock pit seats with 4 drink holders, and plenty of small
compartments.
The first sleeping quarters is located directly above the cockpit area with a queen bed and is accented with
offset windows dressed in coverings and curtains. The bed is set behind a privacy curtain with access to
the quarters by a three tier ladder. The quarters are also equipped with a mounted vent for some fresh air.
Immediately behind the passenger seat is the side main entry with an electric two step stair. As you enter
the coach directly to your left is a full kitchen, with plenty of storage, counter space, a double sink and
black appliances to include: a three burner stove, oven, hood, and Samsung Microwave. The kitchen also
has a two door fridge, 11 total kitchen drawers and cabinets, a built in spice rack and a built in custom knife
wood block. There is also a 20” Panasonic TV and VCR and is wired for satellite, just bring your own
receiver and you are ready to go!
Moving across the coach to the driver side you will find right behind the driver seat a jack knife sofa with
pop up console and built in cup holders equipped with two seat belts. The slide has four overheard wood
storage cabinets and they are placed nicely above the sofa and country style dinette. The Dinette also is
equipped with two forward facing seat belts, and built in storage. The slide is lit wonderfully with wall
sconces and overhead lighting.
Moving back towards the rear of the coach you will discover on the passenger side a nice size stall style
shower with sky light and frosted privacy glass. Directly across is the private bathroom with sink vanity,
outlets, and a separate cabinet unit with two drawers, a mirror, towel rack, and ceiling mounted power vent
with fan.
Dividing the bathroom and master is an accordion style room divide. The bed in the master is forward
facing with the coach and is placed in a walk around layout. The room is elegantly lit with its 2 opposite
louver windows and they are beautifully dressed lavender and light green valances. The coach also has a
bonus extra large rear 3 pain window, serving almost as a head board to the bed. There are his and hers
mood lighting sconces on each side of the bed. One mirrored garment length closet with three bottom
